Can artificial grass be cut to size?
Yes. Artificial grass is made in fixed roll widths — 2m, 4m and 5m depending on the product — and we cut it to the length your project needs. So the length is made to measure, and the width comes from the roll, with any extra trimmed off during installation.
Can I buy artificial grass by the metre?
Yes. Grass is priced per square metre and cut by the metre from a full roll, so you buy the length you need rather than a fixed pre-packed roll. Enter your width and length and you will see the exact total for your project before you add anything to the cart.
Can I order 3.8 metres instead of 4 metres?
Yes. Lengths are cut to a tenth of a metre, so 3.8m is a normal order. Put 3.8 into the length box and the price you see is for 3.8 metres of roll, not 4.
Do you sell 4m and 5m wide artificial grass?
Yes. 4m is the most common width across the range and 5m is available on most lawn ranges, both cut to whatever length you need. Enter your measurements and we compare the layout each width produces for your area — strips, joins and total square metres purchased — so you can see which one wins.
What happens if my garden is wider than the roll?
You need more than one piece, laid side by side and joined. That is completely normal on wider gardens and is how every professional installation handles it. We work out how many strips your area needs, how long each one is and what that costs.
How do I calculate how much artificial grass I need?
Measure the widest point and the longest point of the area, including any awkward corners, and enter both. We then work out the purchased area, which is usually a little more than the area of your garden because grass is bought in full roll widths.
